Esses dias uma notícia no mínimo pitoresca tomou as mídias e as redes e emplacou uma celebridade de caráter assim digamos, exótico. Nesta terça-feira (7), um estudante de medicina veterinária do Distrito Federal foi picado por uma cobra da espécie naja, uma das mais venenosas do mundo, natural de regiões da África e Ásia.

A história depois disso vai seguindo nos limites do absurdo: a cobra exótica, que foi importada sem autorização do Ibama, foi abandonada e encontrada dentro de uma caixa perto de um shopping, levantando suspeita de que o jovem poderia tê-la comprado em um esquema de tráfico de animais silvestres . Na mesma semana, após denúncia anônima, a Polícia Militar Ambiental do Distrito Federal apreendeu outras 16 serpentes num haras de um amigo do estudante. Logo foi se revelando um esquema internacional de tráfico de animais e criadouros ilegais para venda, e além das serpentes foram encontrados outros espécimes, como aves e até um tubarão lixa em um tanque!!

A cobrinha que passou por maus bocados então libertou suas amigas cobras e animais silvestres traficados, se tornando uma heroína. A ‘Naja de Brasília” caiu nas graças do público, ganhou perfil no twitter e até um ensaio fotográfico babadeiro!!

Naja radical

Embora o perfil ‘Naja de Brasília’ faça associações com o manifesto comunista e a libertação dos trabalhadores, não sabemos de fato qual é a orientação política da serpente nem suas visões sobre o feminismo. Mas se soubéssemos (ofidioglotas, me liguem!), aposto que a cobra seria uma naja radical. Isso porque é práticas das feministas radicais no mundo inteiro incitar a ação direta, entendendo que não existe meio termo possível entre a misoginia e o feminismo, e que não podemos depender do diálogo com o opressor.

Aqui no Blogueiras reconhecemos que as principais responsabilidades de assumir-se enquanto veículo feminista radical envolvem o reconhecimento da história do movimento feminista e valorização da capacidade de rebeldia e insurgência das mulheres. Discutimos essa semana inclusive questões envolvendo estratégia e diálogos possíveis, ou não-possíveis, no campo do debate da esquerda, mas hoje eu gostaria de dar uma pincelada num outro lado da moeda dos movimentos sociais: o da ação direta.

O que é ação direta

Em termos simples, ação direta é uma forma de promover transformação social sem apelar pra meios indiretos (como eleger representantes engajados, ou usar o sistema judiciário para o Estado obrigar alguém ou alguma instituição a alguma coisa). Existem várias formas de ação direta que usam táticas legais ou ilegais, não-violentas ou violentas, incluindo aí a clássica imagem da ação de autodefesa”violenta” dos black blocs em protestos, e também estudantes ocupando escolas e impedindo seu fechamento, organizações de distribuição “pirata” de textos políticos, mulheres construindo casas abrigo autônomas por meio de ocupações urbanas (a alternativa indireta seria cobrar e esperar o Estado fazer) até usar da violência para se proteger ou proteger outras mulheres em vez de enfrentar a *via crucis* estatal pra conseguir denunciar a violência, sem garantias de que vai dar em alguma coisa. Existem formas individuais e coletivas, como a organização de grupos autônomos de auto-defesa, de que pretendo tratar um pouco aqui.

Se me atacá vou atacá: A auto-defesa nos movimentos revolucionários

Os Panteras Negras, maior movimento revolucionário ante-racista da história da luta dos direitos civis nos EUA, entendiam o papel da autodefesa (e contra-ataque) como central numa organização que reconhece que o processo de genocídio do povo negro não é um desvio ou falha das instituições, mas parte sistêmica do capitalismo. Em 1996, Após o assassinato do líder Malcom X, foi criado o Black Panther Party for Self-Defense (Partido dos Panteras Negras pela Auto-Defesa, em tradução livre) com a motivação de garantir a segurança dos negros diante das ações policiais racistas, como no caso do recente assassinato de George Floyd.

Os treinamentos de autodefesa do movimento exigiam rigor militar dos jovens, que além de aprenderem a manusear armas, estudavam as leis que os resguardariam das retaliações. Os panteras, após treinados, faziam ações de rondas e patrulhamentos nos bairros negros, acompanhando (com certa distância) operações policiais e “policiando a polícia”. Dessa forma, foram capazes de se utilizar das possibilidades legais dos EUA, presentes na própria Constituição estadunidense, que garante o direito ao armamento, em prol da luta revolucionária.

Não é incomum vermos pessoas e até organizações defendendo a negociação e apaziguamento institucional das pautas feministas. Não é incomum ouvir que pode ser uma atitude feminista usar salto alto, espartilho e batom, se for a opção da mulher. Não é incomum ouvirmos que feminismo é um movimento de escolhas, “pode ser que sim, se você quiser“, “não precisa deixar de ser feminina”. Esse discurso é uma das maiores ferramentas de despolitização e backlash (apagamento) da luta histórica das mulheres, porque o feminismo é uma luta que incorre no nosso poder de dizer um alto e sonoro não. Feminismo significa dizer “NÃO”, reagir, rebelar-se, conquistar, destruir.

A nossa heroína Naja de Brasília 🐍, sozinha, com uma picadinha, expôs um macho otário e um esquema internacional de exploração de animais, e esse esquema nunca seria tão facilmente descoberto numa investigação apenas pelas vias “institucionais”. A naja, é claro, por ser um animal, é reativa a quem a provoca, venenosa e não domesticável.
